The Rain Bird VB Series VBSPRH Super Jumbo Valve Box with a green lid is perfect for use with valves or other irrigation system components that need protection underground for installation or maintenance. Made from high-density polyethylene (HDPE) resin, this valve box is durable and resistant to UV light, weather, moisture, and soil chemicals. The body of the valve box is composed of 100% recycled HDPE material.

Featuring a super jumbo rectangular shape, this valve box has knock-outs on the sides that can be easily removed, making it convenient for running pipes or wires through. The corrugated sides and grooved feature below the lid make lid removal easy using a shovel blade or prying tool, especially after soil compaction or thatch accumulation. Additionally, the stepped feature on the bottom allows for secure interlocking of two boxes for deep installations.

The lid of the valve box has beveled edges to prevent damage from lawn equipment and is marked with the words "Irrigation Control Valve" for easy identification. The lid also has a large marking area for branding or labeling. The locking bolt, washer, and clip are made of stainless steel for durability.
