Product 1: ALL-IN-ONE KIT FOR STORMWATER RUNOFF COLLECTION: This kit is designed to capture and direct water towards the drain pipe, effectively preventing property damage. It includes a catch basin drain with 2 side openings, a cutout guide for the bottom opening, 2 outlet adapters, 1 plug, and a square plastic grate.

Product 1: APPLICATION: Perfect for draining moderate flows of stormwater from lawns, landscaped areas, patios, walkways, and under downspouts. The drain pipe connects to carry water downstream towards a discharge point.

Product 1: INSTALLATION: The system works underground to direct captured water towards connected 3 in. and 4 in. sewer and drain pipes, single-wall corrugated pipes, triple-wall pipes, and DWV/Sch. 40 drain pipes.

Product 1: DESIGN FEATURES: The keyed side openings allow for easy connection of the outlet adapters. A cutout guide on the bottom provides an additional keyed opening if necessary. Weephole knockouts on the bottom prevent stagnant water buildup. Soil-tight outlet adapters ensure secure pipe connections. The plug fits into the outlet adapter to seal any unused openings, while the drain grate prevents debris from entering and potentially clogging the pipeline.

Product 2: EFFICIENT WATER RELEASE FROM PROPERTY: This product captures water upstream and redirects it away from structures and areas with poor drainage. The pop-up emitter is positioned downstream to discharge the collected water.

Product 2: OPERATIONAL MECHANISM: The pop-up emitter functions at a low point in the drainage system, releasing water collected from upstream to protect properties from water damage.

Product 2: INSTALLATION: The elbow connects to 4 in. sewer and drain pipes, as well as 4 in. triple-wall pipes, and can be connected to other pipe types using appropriate adapters. To minimize the risk of interference from lawnmowers, the cover should be installed flush or slightly below the adjacent turf.

Product 2: AUTOMATIC FUNCTION: The cap or cover of the pop-up emitter lifts up to 1 in. when water pressure builds, allowing for water release. The flat profile design reduces the risk of tripping hazards and sits flush to the ground when installed correctly.
